Wrapping up 2023

Dear Sea to Sky Adventure Motorcycle Group,
As we stand on the precipice of a new year, it's only fitting to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we've had together in 2023. This year has been a tapestry woven with the threads of camaraderie, shared experiences, and the thrill of all our off-road adventures.
One of the highlights of our year was the Tire Changing Clinic, a testament to our commitment to equipping ourselves with the skills needed for trailside tire repairs. A heartfelt thank you to Derek Westad, Bill Lapp, and Kevin Miklossy for generously sharing their tips and tricks, ensuring that our adventures remain uninterrupted by pesky punctures.
Our dedication to fostering a welcoming community was evident in the numerous single-day new rider events and organized rides. Rennie Caspillo and many others played a pivotal role in making these happen, extending a warm invitation to newcomers and ensuring everyone felt at home in our tight-knit group.
The heartbeat of our adventures lies in the multi-day rides that push the boundaries of exploration. From the spirited Cinco de Mayo ride to the breathtaking Gold Dust Trail, each journey brought us closer together, forging memories that will echo in our hearts for years to come.
Beyond the roar of engines and the crunch of gravel under our tires, we also found time to connect off-the-bikes. Tom Tourand's Bocce Ball Tournament showcased our competitive spirit, while the year-end wrap-up social at a Brew Pup in Port Moody was a fitting celebration of the bonds we've built.
A special shout-out to the unsung heroes of our group—the Admins. Behind the scenes, they work tirelessly to keep the gears turning, ensuring that our community remains vibrant and connected.
As we bid farewell to 2023, let's carry these memories forward into the new year. Here's to more adventures, shared laughter, and the unbreakable bonds that define us as the Sea to Sky Adventure Motorcycle Group.
Ride on in health,
Dean
